I expected a fluffy brand story but instead got a bunch of immediately usable ideas. The section about turning local runs into shared rituals changed how I host our neighborhood jogs. It made me realize people come back for belonging not just miles.
Love how this guide makes you feel like part of a community. It's really empowering.
recommend
Never felt more connected to other creators/marketers until I read this guide! 😊
ok
This is not just a guide, it's an experience. You learn and grow with others around you.
satisfying.
I've always struggled with branding but now I feel confident because of the sense of community in this guide!
worthwhile
The personal experiences shared here are so relatable, feels good to know we're all in the same boat👍
necessary
This book takes marketing to another level by focusing on human connections and community feeling 👏
Amazing!
I love that it emphasizes on creating together rather than competing against each other 🙌
I enjoyed the mix of psychology and practical strategy here. The parts about community runs and belonging really resonated with me. Some sections could use more step-by-step breakdowns though. Still a very helpful read for creators and small brand builders 🙂
the ai prompt examples alone were worth it
Honestly the best part was how clearly everything was explained. No marketing jargon no complicated theories. Just “here’s how brands build community and here’s how you can do it too.” I used the prompt framework to brainstorm engagement posts for our run club and got better responses instantly.
I liked how it explained that people join communities for identity not just activity. That insight alone changed how I think about building audiences.
simple ideas but very practical.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I loved the chapter on community psychology. It explains why people wear the same gear show up to the same runs and feel connected even if they just met. Made total sense suddenly.
Remarkable!
surprisingly engaging
I run a small creative brand and the section on emotional connection vs transactions hit hard. It made me rethink how I communicate with my audience. Instead of pushing products I started sharing stories from our weekly runs. Engagement doubled.
The ai prompt framework is ridiculously useful for brainstorming
The examples from real community runs were 🔥. You can actually visualize the atmosphere. It’s not abstract advice it’s grounded in real experiences.
🌞✨
Super helpful, learned so much!
This guide helped me understand something I always felt but couldn’t explain. When people run together they’re not just exercising they’re forming identity. The breakdown of that concept was incredibly clear and useful.
Such a valuable guide!
I’ve read a lot of branding material and this one stands out because it actually shows how events, athletes, and everyday runners connect into a shared culture.
the ai prompts are surprisingly powerful
🤩
Very insightful and well-organized!
I appreciated how practical it was. Instead of saying “build community” it explains exactly how: events, shared rituals, local ambassadors, storytelling. That clarity is rare.
the tone is friendly and easy to read. Feels like someone explaining community strategy over coffee.
Exactly what I needed! 💖
One thing that stood out was the discussion about belonging in motion. That phrase stuck with me. It captures the feeling of running with strangers who somehow feel like teammates.
short but powerful insights
This helped me rethink our weekly run meetup. Instead of just posting the time and route we now share a story or runner spotlight each week. Participation jumped noticeably 😊
really good stuff.
Overall I really enjoyed this guide and found several ideas I can apply to my own running group. The community psychology explanations are clear and relatable, and the prompt frameworks are practical. I just wish the book included more visuals or quick summaries at the end of chapters to reinforce the concepts. Still a strong and useful resource.
Very motivating and insightful.
The chapter about how brands accidentally break community trust was eye opening. Small things like over-commercializing events can ruin the vibe. That alone probably saved me from making the same mistake.
cool
Loved community run examples, but a few ideas felt repeated.
loved how it connects culture psychology and practical strategy in a very readable way.
This was a thoughtful and surprisingly motivating read. The section explaining how belonging forms around shared movement really stuck with me. I also liked the AI prompts because they’re simple to adapt. My only small critique is that I wanted a few more real-world stories showing brands applying these ideas. Still very worthwhile 🙂
💫
I run a design studio and the part about shared symbols, rituals, and storytelling gave me several branding ideas. Suddenly I understood why some communities feel magnetic.
Great ideas, wanted deeper examples.
The examples of community runs transforming into long-term brand loyalty were fascinating. It shows how emotional experiences drive connection more than advertising ever could.
very practical
What I appreciated most was how approachable the writing is. It explains community building without complicated marketing language. The run event examples made everything feel real. My only complaint is that a few concepts repeat between chapters, though the ideas themselves are valuable.
I used one of the prompt templates to generate ideas for welcoming new members to our running group. It produced a friendly message that sounded human not robotic. huge win.
simple writing clear ideas big impact
I picked this up hoping for inspiration and actually got a lot of practical ideas. The explanations are clear and easy to follow, especially the AI prompt frameworks. I only wish there were more detailed case studies from different communities. Still a really useful guide overall.
What I liked most was the balance between inspiration and execution. You get the philosophy of community but also the step-by-step thinking behind it.
honestly this made me want to organize another run immediately 😂
Great mix of storytelling strategy and tools. If you’re building any kind of community around movement creativity or a brand this gives you a clear starting point and plenty of ideas to experiment with.
I highlighted so many sections.
Clear explanations, useful AI prompts, just wished chapters were slightly longer.
Helpful insights, slightly repetitive sections.
